gmar The badges for modules and paths are already displayed, but not those for exams. Should those be displayed now as well?

I can see them at the very bottom of the page

gmar it’s not showing certificates earned through enterprise platform. I’ve also got CPTS and CWEE. The main reason for this request was that if one loses access to enterprise, they lose their access to their certificates. These badges don’t allow you to download your certificate again. While it’s a nice function, it doesn’t fulfil this request. The request was for the certificates to sync with academy, not just as a badge. Thanks!

Jelle please drop an email to customerops@hackthebox.com with your id so that we can investigate. Let us know also if you already have an academy.hackthebox.com account or you access Academy via EP only.

edit: on the profile page, I can see them indeed. I was looking at the profile badges. must've assumed that this was going to be sync'd too. I can download my cert via the profile page. Thank you!

For anyone reading, I have contacted support and they mentioned that certs from Enterprise are only synced to profile and not to academy. This is intended. So the initial request still stands from my standpoint.
